Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing clear photos of the defect. We will assess the situation and decide if the product can be returned or replaced based on the condition.

Return Process

Returns are free in cases of product defects. However, for damages related to shipping or transport, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping company, as we are not responsible for damage caused during delivery. For international shipments, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
